Dear Folks and Feline Residents at Harmony House, We wish you all a wonderful holiday season. We thought you might enjoy a photo of Pranas, getting in the holiday spirit, helping unwrap the decorations. We adopted him in September of 2002 from Harmony House as it was "love at first sight" and have enjoyed doting on him ever since. He is an amazing (albeit occasionally demanding) cat, and we could not imagine our home without him. We have great appreciation and respect for the work you do at Harmony House for all the cats temporarily without homes, where a safe and comfortable environment is provided until they meet their special person. Our best to you during this holiday season and for a wonderful New Year! Bob, Siga and Pranas
Hello! Will, formerly from the "Will & Grace" clan, is doing great! He is the biggest sweetheart you'd ever want to know. He absolutely loves attention & he always makes his presence known—he is very vocal! He gets along great with his 3 other kitty buddies. You can't help but love Will, he is so sweet!!! Thank you, Harmony House! Tricia
Dear HH, A little while ago we adopted old Abraham from you. He is absolutely fabulous and completes the household. As the Elder States-cat, he presides over the household—playing with string and balls, regulating gooshy food times, and maintaining sleeping times. He is such a sweet old kitty, with his silent meow and purr that makes the glasses in the cupboard rattle. He bonks his head into us to be petted. He loves sleeping on the sunporch and sleeping with his other kitty friend(s) here—especially Yosarian (nee Attatash). Abraham is gaining weight and has such wonderful fur. He's also incredibly active for an old guy (about 13 years now!) that sometimes we think he's still a kitten. Thanks a lot again for your good work! Aaltje

Hi! We just wanted to write you a quick note of pure thanks and joy for giving us the pleasure of having our two babies. We have now named Kubrick, Potter, and Carina is now Hemma. They are so happy and have so much fun. I have attached a picture for you so you can see how wonderful they are doing. Thank you again for everything! Korbyn and Mary
Dear friends at Harmony House, I wanted to send you all a few new pictures of Lilah and Carnivale, who are doing very well in their new home. The girls were shy when they arrived but Carnivale (now Luna) helped her bashful sister Lilah (now Stella) investigate their new home. I lovingly call Luna "baby" because of her loving demeanor, and Stella "piggy" because of her ability to devour a small plate of wet food as fast as she can and then try to take over her sister's plate! Luna's favorite toy is a glittery ball which she loves to play fetch with, especially right after I have gone to bed. She brings it right up to my head! They like to cuddle, wrestle and gallop together throughout my apartment, and they love their new cat condo. Thanks for taking such good care of Lilah and Carnivale at The Harmony House for Cats! All of the cats are very lucky to have such wonderful caregivers! Warmest, Tracey
This November, 11 years ago, I adopted my first cat (left) from Harmony House. Her name is Jaime, and she's just been the joy of my life since. At the time, she was approximately 9 months old, and did not much trust people nor like other cats. I was told she would probably never enjoy the company of other cats, and that she might never become a lap cat.
Thank you for helping cats in Chicago, and for letting cat lovers such as myself adopt cats from you. Sincerely, Anneli
Hey there! We adopted Hepzibah from you in September. We renamed her; she is Lilly now. Just thought we would share some pictures with you. Sorry for taking so long to send you them. Thanks again for her. We love her so much! William and Al
